POE day 6-7 Week 2 begins

These days I’ve been doing other things than just baking. I’ve cleaned the highest shelves and scratched all the plates in the whole bakery together with Oskar. On Tuesday (today) and Wednesday there’s only me, Oskar and Muhibija. Therese has her weekend and are going to hang out with her friends. Suddenly Tuesdays became Muhibijas friendlyday. He gave us  a lot of things to taste today and our day ended at 13.00!!! That was actually kind. I’m starting to like him a bit now, if he’s not just planning to feed us till we get fat and then eat us like the witch in Hans and Gretel. Well, I think I will know the answere in the end of this week. Some of the things we’ve tasted today is a newly baked Ciabata and a Raspberrycave. J I’ve also learned a interesting secret I want to share with you guys! We do not use plastic gloves until 8 o’clock when the shop opens. And we do not use them unless we’re out in the shop where the customers can see us. Cause they don't know we do wash our hands. I’ve learned some secrets and how to think as a baker that could give me benefits in my life as a non-baker.
